Two people were arrested and one treated for minor injuries after a report of shots fired on N. 8th Ave. in Purcell late Tuesday, April 2.
Police were called to 1009 N. 8th Ave. at 11:41 Tuesday night on a report of shots fired.
Upon investigation, officers found bullet holes in a front window of the residence and found fresh blood inside, as well as shell casings.
Arrested in connection with the shooting were Andres Michi Gentry, 19, and Ryan Kelly Jones, 18, both of Purcell.
They were both charged with shooting with intent to kill, assault and battery, first degree robbery and kidnapping.
Police reported Ethan Skyler Akerman, 23, was assaulted then treated for minor injuries at Purcell Municipal Hospital.
No one was injured from the shots fired, police confirmed.
