Wednesday was the first day of filings for county and statewide offices for the 2024 general election.
In McClain County, Sheriff Landy Offolter, District No. 2 County Commissioner and District Court Clerk Kristel Gray all filed for re-election by press time Wednesday morning, according to McClain County Election Board Secretary Karen Haley.
The Purcell Register will have a complete list of filings in next week’s newspaper.
