Funeral services for Cliffton Paul Penner, 65, of Rosedale, Okla., were held Aug. 14, 2023 at the Rosedale First Baptist Church. Interment was at Rosedale Cemetery under the direction of the Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell.
Mr. Penner died Aug. 9, 2023 at his home in Norman.
He was born June 8, 1958 in Pauls Valley, the son of Melvin Penner and Jo Ann Jones.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Ring-Penner of the home; his siblings, Chris Penner of Farmington, N.M., Forrest Penner of Wanette, Okla., and Raina Penner of Lexington, Okla.; his children, Jenifer Fulton and husband, Travis, of Rosedale, Shallon LaFleur and husband, Josh, of Ada, Starlin Dodson and husband, Gary, of Moore, Shamra Williams of Lexington, Okla., Aaron Penner of Noble, Okla., and Summer Penner of Purcell; 20 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
