McClain County Court Clerk officials have confirmed that all charges against Johnny Shawn, 35, of Purcell stemming from an incident at City Hall September 29 have been declined.
The charges against Shawn were said to be “declined”, according to the file at the court clerk’s office.
Shawn was initially arrested after City Treasurer Victor Lohn was injured and required medical treatment after an altercation.
Shawn was initially booked into the McClain County Jail on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and aggravated assault and batter causing great bodily harm.
He now does not face any charges.
