Onalee “Toni” Taylor, a resident of Purcell, Okla., died April 7, 2023 in Lexington, Okla., at the age of 88 years, 5 months and one day.

Toni was born November 6, 1934 in Buffalo, N.Y.  In her younger years, Toni’s free spirit took her to California and Florida. Toni met her husband, Lyndol Ellis Taylor, and they settled in Oklahoma.

Toni was a trick of all trades, holding careers as a cosmetologist, banker, and a police dispatcher.

Toni had a love for dancing.  She also enjoyed socializing with her local coffee drinking group.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyndol; parents Forice Sayre and Helen Knowles; and her beloved miniature schnauzers.
