NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Lee Eugene Myatt, Deceased, that on the 6th day of October 2026, Debra High produced in this Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the Holographic Will of Lee Eugene Myatt, Deceased, and filed in said Court a Petition, together with a copy of said Will, praying for probate of the Will and asking that Letters of Administration with Will Annexed issue to Debra High as Personal Representative to serve without bond, and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees, and legatees of said Decedent.

THE COURT FINDS AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED and NOTICE is hereby given that the Petition will be heard and is set for hearing on the 5th day of November 2026, at 9:30 a.m. in the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse at 121 N. 2nd Street, Purcell, OK 73080, McClain County, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and be heard.
