NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Katherine Gale Weaver, Deceased, that Steve Weaver has filed a Petition in the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, praying for appointment of a Personal Representative and asking that Letters of Administration issue to Steve Weaver. Said Petition further asks that this Court judicially determine the heirs of Katherine Gale Weaver as being Steve Weaver, son, Brandy Weaver Nixon, grandchild, Dustin Weaver, grandchild and Ashley Weaver Murray, grandchild, and that there are no other heirs.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court, notice is hereby given that said Petition will be heard at the District Courtroom, McClain County Courthouse, Purcell, Oklahoma, at 9:30 o’clock A.M. on November 5, 2026, when and where all persons interested may appear and voice their objections, if any they have.
