Carol Dean Webb died peacefully surround by family, October 15, 2023, in Dibble, Oklahoma at the age of 91 years 6 months 25 days.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, October 20, 2023, at Wadley’s Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Dibble Cemetery, entrusted to the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.
