Washington won another cross country meet at the Bethany Bronchos Invitational.
Led by Rielyn Scheffe’s individual runner-up effort of 13:00, the Warriors posted a 65 point team total far better than team runner-up Plainview with 83 points.
Other teams in the talent-laden field were from Cushing, SW Covenant, Heritage Hall, Bridge Creek, Perkins-Tryon and Seminole.
Jayden Wells finished fourth individually in 13:25.
Other Warriors who competed on the championship team were Aubrey Gaines, 8th in 13:45; Shiloh Phelps, 19th in 14:22; Emersyn Massey, 35th in 15:23; Giselle Rodriguez, 37th in 15:38 and Addison Lanham, 48th in 16:22.
