About 50 citizens, city employees and city officials packed into the City Hall Community Room last Friday for a retirement party for out-going Purcell City Manager Dale Bunn (right).
The event turned out to also be a swan song for former Mayor Ted Cox, (left) who is not seeking the seat he’s held on the City Council for the past 10 years.
Cox presented Bunn with a painting of the Logo now used by the City that was designed on Bunn’s watch at Purcell.
