Officers were notified on the radio that a male subject was returning to the original suspicious vehicle.

The suspect, Jacob Lee Crites, 38, was arrested in the 500 block of Monroe St. He was detained on possible charges of knowingly concealing stolen property, burglary in the second degree, burglary in the third degree, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of paraphernalia.
