THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, TO: Tammy Willoughby, Spouse, if any, of Tammy Willoughby and Troy Willoughby , if living or if dead, and to said Defendant(s)’ unknown successors, if any.

TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Nationstar Mortgage LLC , in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, and that you must answer the Petition on or before May 18, 2026 , or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you awarding Plaintiff a first lien upon the following described real estate, situated in McClain County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NW/4 SW/4 SE/4 NE/4) OF SECTION NINE (9), TOWNSHIP SIX (6) NORTH, RANGE FOUR (4) WEST, MCCLAIN COUNTY, OKLAHOMA.

That there is attached to the real property a certain mobile/manufactured home, to wit: a 2001 (Year), 5028PH 8028 4F&R 2B (Model), 56127 A/B (VIN/Serial number).

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 20593 Golden Rod Lane, Blanchard, OK 73010

for the sum of $ 102,525.14 , with interest from March 1, 2025, at 4.625 percent per annum, together with a reasonable attorney’s fee, $ 975.00 for abstracting, advances for taxes, insurance and property preservation, and the costs of this action, and ordering said property sold to satisfy said judgment, and forever barring you and all persons claiming by, through or under you from ever setting up or asserting any right, title, equity or interest in and to said real estate adverse to the right and title of the purchaser at said foreclosure sale, and for such other and further relief to which it may be entitled.
