Joint meeting: pending decision

In a special joint noon meeting December 7 at city hall, the Purcell City Council and Public Works Authority took a pending decision on phase one electric work for the Southbrook Development.

The board voted to accept the low bid of Exodus Energy, L.L.C. of $58,000 pending they provide proof of insurance by noon December 14 or the council will take the next lowest bid of $81,101.25 by Harcon, LLC.

Other bids were received from bnb Industries, Inc., Bison Electric, Inc. and All American Construction Projects, L.L.C.

The board approved a joint resolution amending policy for the City of Purcell and Public Works Authority distributed generation program.

Also at the meeting, at the recommendation of the Library Advisory Board, Justin Blankenship and Pat Martin were appointed to the Library Advisory Board.
