This is one of my family’s favorite recipes. Comes from my good friend Rhonda Aduddell in Mill Creek, Okla.

Rhonda Casserole

1 lb. hamburger

1 diced onion

1 can Ranch Style Beans

1 can of enchilada sauce

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup picante sauce

2 cups cheese

Bag of small Fritos

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cook hamburger and onion together. Mix together all other ingredients except Fritos.

Place Fritos in the bottom of a 9x13 Pyrex dish. Top with hamburger mixture and cheese.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
