NOTICE OF HEARING

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons and their heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, trustees, successors and assigns and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all interested parties, particularly in McClain County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Nosley SCOOP, LLC; EOG Resources, Inc.; Henry M. Suckle; Lyden Company; Victor and Lydia Knisely Irrevocable Trust c/o Douglas Knisely, Collin Knisley, Melanie Mattingly, Trustees; CMin3, LLC; Validus Energy II Midcon, LLC; Royfin Natural Gas, LLC; Walter Duncan Oil, LLC; Hall Oil Properties, Ltd.; Randal K. Round and Toni G. Marks, Co-Trustees Of The Dorothy A. Adair Revocable Trust (Under Agreement Dtd January 7, 2004); Graceland College; Mayo Clinic; Rod W. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission pool the interests and adjudicate the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Osborn common source of supply underlying Section 34-7N-4W, McClain County, Oklahoma, designating the Applicant or some other party as operator. Applicant is proposing to drill a well in said drilling and spacing unit.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any Order issued in this cause may result in a unit pooling.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant may request more than 180 days to commence operations.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for the hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an administrative law judge on the Conservation Docket at 8:30 A.M. on the 18th day of May, 2026 at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.

Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. The specific room location, including updates, of each scheduled hearing or public meeting will be available on or before the day of the event at the information desk in the first-floor lobby of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and on the Commission’s website at: https://oklahoma.gov/occ/court-dockets.html. The referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or videoconference. Before coming to the building for this hearing, please visit the Oklahoma Corporation Commission website at https://oklahoma.gov/occ to determine the status of building access. Instructions for participating via teleconference or videoconference are available on the Commission’s website.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate shall contact the Applicant or Applicant’s attorney, prior to the hearing, and provide their name and telephone number.
