Total sales taxes from marijuana sales in McClain County were $50,811.63.

Newcastle topped Medical Marijuana sales for the December report in the county, according to a sales tax report from the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA).

Purcell and Blanchard also received sales tax revenues from their Medical Marijuana Sales.

Newcastle was returned $9,827.91, while Purcell was returned $3,404.88 and Blanchard received $2,449.34.

The State of Oklahoma received $9,827.91 from Newcastle sales, $2,785.81 from sales within Purcell, and $2,036.35 from Blanchard sales, the state reported.

Another amount of sales tax goes to OMMA.

Newcastle sales provided $14,890.77, while Purcell sales provided $2,874.41 and Blanchard $2,714.25, the state reported.
