The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has reported a 39-year-old Wanette man was killed in a motorcycle accident in Garvin County April 5.

Investigating Trooper Chris Earnhart reported Steven J. Goodnight was traveling northbound on US-177 on his motorcycle when for unknown reasons went left of center.

The motorcycle struck a southbound commercial motor vehicle driven by Michael L. Martin, 52, of Oklahoma City.

Martin was injured in the collision but Goodnight did not survive, Earnhart reported.
