NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting an Order (a) deleting Order No. 83918 as to the 640-acre drilling and spacing unit for the Osborne common source of supply underlying Section 32, Township 6 North, Range 4 West, McClain County, Oklahoma; and (b) establishing a 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit for the Deese common source of supply underlying Section 32, Township 6 North, Range 4 West, McClain County, Oklahoma.  Notice is further given that the Applicant may request the Order be made effective a date prior to the Order being signed.

IT IS ORDERED that this Cause be referred to an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.

IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this Cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Merits Docket at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73105, at 8:30 a.m., on the 24th day of August, 2026, and that this notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission.

Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.
