NOTICE OF HEARING

STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:    All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in McClain County, Oklahoma, including the following: Emma C. Chastain Family Trust, and David Chastain, as Trustee of such trust; if the party designated as trustee is not presently acting in such capacity as trustee, then the unknown successor or successors to such trustee. 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Twisted Oak Operating LLC, has filed an  application  in  this  cause  requesting  the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order,  to  be  effective  as  of  the  date  of  the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows:  (i)  amending   Order   No.  731393   to   increase   the   rate  of  injection   in   the  West   Goldsby  Osborn  Unit T-17-2  WIW  as  set  forth in such order  to  the  maximum  rate  of  1,100  barrels  per  day  at  a  maximum  surface  pressure of 1,500 psi;  and (ii) granting such other and further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto.

NOTICE   IS   FURTHER    GIVEN     that    this    cause    is     set     before     an administrative law judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma. Notice is further given that the application in this cause may be amended at such hearing in accordance with the rules of the Commission and the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an administrative law judge on the Pollution Docket at the Western Regional Service Office of the Corporation Commission at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building in the Capitol Complex, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105, at 8:30 A.M. on the _ 25th _ day of August,       2026, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building in the Capitol Complex, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. The specific room location, including updates, of each scheduled hearing or public meeting will be available on or before the day of the event at the information desk in the first-floor lobby of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and on the Commission’s website at: https://oklahoma.gov/occ/court-dockets.html.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if this matter is unprotested, testimony may be offered by teleconference or video conference, and if this matter is protested, testimony may be offered by teleconference or video conference only with the consent of all parties of record and the Administrative Law Judge. The cost of teleconference and video conference shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by teleconference or video conference in an unprotested matter or a protested matter where the necessary consents have been obtained shall contact Applicant or Applicant’s attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their names and telephone numbers.  Instructions for participating via teleconference or video conference are available on the Commission’s website.
