NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission issue an Order establishing 80-acre stand-up drilling and spacing units by: a) vacating Order No. 42747 insofar as it pertains to the Bromide Sands common source of supply underlying the NW/4 of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 3 West, McClain County, Oklahoma; b) vacating Order No. 127387, as reformed by Order No. 250998, insofar as it pertains to the Hunton Lime common source of supply underlying the NW/4 of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 3 West, McClain County, Oklahoma; c) vacating Order No. 250998 insofar as it pertains to the Viola and Tulip Creek common sources of supply underlying the NW/4 of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 3 West, McClain County, Oklahoma; d) extending Order No. 329225 to include within its purview the Viola common source of supply underlying the NW/4 of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 3 West, McClain County, Oklahoma; and, e) establishing 80-acre stand-up drilling and spacing units for the Hunton and Bromide common sources of supply underlying the NW/4 of Section 33, Township 7 North, Range 3 West, McClain County, Oklahoma, by new spacing, with the units to be formed by drawing a line north and south through the center of the governmental quarter section, consisting of the W/2 NW/4 and the E/2 NW/4 of Section 33, with permitted well(s) to be located in the respective northwest and southeast quarter quarter sections.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: to designate the Applicant or some other party as Operator of the unit well.  Applicant is further requesting that the Order to be entered in this cause be made effective on a date prior to the date of the Order.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 27th day of July, 2026, and that this Notice be published as required by law and the Rules of the Commission.

Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City office has relocated to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. The specific room location, including updates, of each scheduled hearing or public meeting will be available on or before the day of the event at the information desk in the first-floor lobby of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and on the Commission’s website at: https://oklahoma.gov/occ/court-dockets.html 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or video-conference. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone.  The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use.  Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicant or Applicant’s attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their name and telephone number.
