PUBLIC NOTICE

TOWN OF WAYNE,

OKLAHOMA

Notice is hereby given that the official Town of Wayne website is no longer active as of April 29, 2026. The website is not being maintained or updated and shall not be relied upon as a source of current or official municipal information.

In accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act, 25 O.S. § 311-314, including but not limited to 25 O.S. § 311 (A)(9) and 25 O.S. § 311(B)(1), all official notices of public meetings, including agendas, will be posted in the Town’s designated public posting locations as follows:

• Wayne Town Hall, 117 N. Shannon, Wayne, OK (primary posting location)
• Wayne Multi-Purpose Center, 107 N. Shannon, Wayne, OK (meeting location)

In compliance with the Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 O.S. § 24A.1 et seq., including 51 O.S. § 24A.5, public records, including meeting minutes and other municipal documents, shall be made available for inspection and copying at:

• Wayne Town Hall, 117 N. Shannon, Wayne, OK during normal business hours.

Requests for records may be directed to the Office of the Town Clerk at 405-449-3451 or townofwayne.clerk@gmail.com.

The Town of Wayne remains committed to transparency and ensuring public access to meetings and records through legally compliant methods. This notice shall remain in effect until further notice.
