TOWN OF GOLDSBY

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Goldsby will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on June 25, 2026. The Board of Trustees of the Town of Goldsby will hold a separate public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on July 9, 2026. Both hearings will take place in the Council Room of the Town of Goldsby, McClain County, Oklahoma.

The purpose of these hearings is to receive public comments regarding proposed amendments to the Town’s Subdivision Regulations, including:

• Amending Section 1-7 of Article 1 by repealing, deleting, and removing Subsection A in its entirety and adopting a new Subsection A.
• Amending Section 1-15 of Article 1 by revising Subsection VV, which defines “Lot Split,” and adding new definitions for “Common Plan of Development” and “Single Ownership.”

All interested parties and citizens are encouraged to attend and will be given an opportunity to be heard. The proposed amendments are available for review in the office of the Town Clerk of Goldsby, Oklahoma.
