Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the matter of THE ARLIE HAMBURGER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MARCH 8, 1993, as amended and restated as of the 10th day of December 2013, that on the 1st day of May 2026 (the “Filing Date”), Yolanda Hamburger, Petitioner, filed in said Court a Petition to Interpret Trust Agreement, Removal of Trustee and Appointment of New Trustee.
Pursuant to an order of said Court made on the Filing Date, Notice is hereby given that the 18th day of June 2026, at 9:30 A.M. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition at the District Courthouse in the City of Purcell, County of McClain, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
