Stephen Swaim has defeated Sheri Phillips for Office No. 4 on the Dibble Board of Education.
Phillips reaped 47 votes to 39 for Phillips to win the seat.
Swaim garnered 54.65 percent of the vote to 45.35 percent for Phillips, according to the McClain County Election Board.
