Heart of Oklahoma residents are reminded that Daylight Savings time officially begins at 2 a.m. Sunday morning.
Residents will lose an hour of sleep Saturday night but gain an hour of daylight in the evening.
Please remember to set your clocks ahead by one hour before you go to bed on Saturday.
This time is also a great opportunity to check and replace the batteries in your smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors to ensure your family’s safety.
