NOTICE OF HEARING
THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested parties in McClain County, Oklahoma.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this Cause is requesting that the Oklahoma Corporation Commission issue an Order and possibly providing that this Order be made effective as of the date of filing this application, granting an exception under Order to issue in Cause CD No. 2026-002789T, permitting the drilling of a well with penetrations to the Cottage Grove common source of supply, with no downward adjustment in allowable, at the following locations:
1,140 feet to the North line and 330 feet to the East line of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 9 North, Range 4 West, McClain County, Oklahoma
That by Order to issue in Cause CD No. 2026-002789T, this Commission has been requested to establish a 80 acre drilling and spacing unit for the production of oil from the Cottage Grove common source of supply underlying the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 9 North, Range 4 West, McClain County, Oklahoma. That the permitted well location under this order for the Cottage Grove common source of supply is anywhere in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 12 but no closer than 330 feet to the boundary of the proper quarter quarter section.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this Cause is requesting the following special relief: Amend Order to issue in Cause CD No. 2026-002789T; authorize the Applicant to operate said well; and possibly providing that this order be made effective as of the date of filing this application.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Conservation Docket at the Corporation Commission, Eastern Regional Office, 201 W. 5th St, Suite 540, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74103, at 8:30 a.m., on the 17th day of August, 2026, and that this Notice be published as required by law and by the Rules of the Commission. If the offices remain closed, the hearing will be conducted via telephone and/or video conference.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of the telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicant or Applicant’s attorney prior to the hearing date and provide their name and phone number.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any party objecting to the place of hearing should filed their objection with the Court Clerk not less than five (5) days before the initial scheduled hearing. Failure to make a timely objection to the location of the hearing may be deemed by the Commission as a waiver to the place of hearing or venue.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested persons may participate in the hearing by telephone. Instructions for participation and teleconference/video numbers will be posted on the Commission’s webpage, https://oklahoma.gov/occ.html, and sent out via the Commission’s GovDelivery service.
