Take notice that Brandi Bates, as parent of Raileigh Rose Atterberry has filed in the above court a Petition to have the minor child’s name changed as follows:  from Raileigh Rose Atterberry to Raileigh Rose Bates; and that the same will be heard by the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, before the Honorable Judge Gray in the McClain County Courthouse, located at 121 N. 2nd, Purcell, OK 73080 on the 17th day of June, 2026 at 9:30 a.m..; and that any person may file a written protest in the case, prior to the date set for hearing.
