Last week’s 1.3” of rain in Purcell brought the year-to-date total for 2023 to 38.22”.
That compares to 38.32” for this time last year and the 40.05” that was recorded in 2021.
Oklahoma City has recorded 37.30” so far this year. The normal year-to-date total is 36.14”.
In that rain storm last week, Washington received 1.24” and Byars .83”, according to the Oklahoma Mesonet.
