LOT THREE (3) BLOCK ONE (1), PARKVIEW ESTATES, BEING A PART OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 2 WEST, MCCLAIN COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
subject to unpaid taxes, and all amounts set forth in the judgment granted herein, said property having been duly appraised at $250,000.00.
