PETITION FOR PROBATE

OF WILL, APPOINTMENT

OF PERSONAL

REPRESENTATIVE, AND

DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP

NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of TOM WALLACE EWING, deceased, that on the 15 day of December, 2025, APRIL RENEE MCBRIDE and JOHN VITEK produced and filed in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of TOM WALLACE EWING, Deceased, with a Petition praying for the probate of said Will and asking that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to APRIL RENEE MCBRIDE and JOHN VITEK to serve as Personal Representatives of the Will without bond for the reason that the Will so provides; and requesting that upon hearing said Petition this Court determine the heirs, legatees and devisees of said decedent as provided in Title 58, Oklahoma Statutes (2011), Section 240.

Pursuant to an Order of this Court dated the 15 day of December, 2025, notice is hereby given that the 8 day of January, 2026, at 9:30 o’clock A.M. has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition before the Judge of the District Court in the District Court Room, McClain County Court House, Purcell, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested in said estate may appear and contest the same.
