Now, on the 14th day of January, 2026, Susan Zimmerman and Jason P. Schuppel, as co-Guardians of the person and estate of Deborah S. Waskowiak, filed herein their verified Petition to Sell real property of the said Ward at Public Sale.
IT IS ORDERED, that said Petition be and hereby is set for hearing on the 5th day of February, 2026, at 9:30 AM o’clock, at the District Courtroom in said County and State, at which time all persons interested in the person and estate of Deborah S. Waskowiak, are required to appear and show cause, if any they have, why an order should not be granted for the sale of certain real property at public sale further described to wit:
(a) 25025 100th St, Maysville, OK 73057, described to wit:
Lot Two (2), of Magers Subdivision, McClain County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
