NOTICE OF HEARING
STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers, and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in McClain County, Oklahoma, including the following: Blue Cedar Energy, LLC; Daylight Petroleum, LLC; William Moore DBA Overdraft Oil & Gas; Listed for Exception to OAC 165;10-3-28; Blue Cedar Energy, LLC; and if any of the named individuals be deceased, then the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of such deceased individual; if any of the named entities is a dissolved partnership, corporation or other association, then the unknown successors, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of such dissolved entity; if any of the named parties designated as a trustee is not presently acting in such capacity as trustee, then the unknown successor or successors to such trustee; if any of the named parties designated as an attorney-in-fact is not presently acting in such capacity as attorney-in-fact, then the unknown successor or successors to such attorney-in-fact; and if any of the named entities are corporations which do not continue to have legal existence, the unknown trustees or assigns of such parties.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Novo II MidCon, LLC, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation to enter an order, as follows:
(i)Authorizing and permitting an exception to the permitted well location tolerances in the proposed 320-acre laydown horizontal drilling and spacing unit as to the Deese common source of supply underlying the unit comprised of the S/2 of Section 3, Township 7 North, Range 4 West of the IM, McClain County, Oklahoma and the proposed horizontal 640-acre drilling and spacing unit as to the Deese common source of supply underlying the unit comprised of Section 10, Township 7 North, Range 4 West of the IM, McClain County, Oklahoma, so as to allow a multiunit horizontal well to be drilled at the location as follows:
Location of the Wellbore at Completion Interval in the S/2 of Section 3-7N-4W:
The proposed location of the completion interval will be no closer than 165 feet from the north line and no closer than 0 feet from the south line and no closer than 660 feet from the east line of the unit comprising said S/2 of Section 3, Township 7 North, Range 4 West of the IM, McClain County, Oklahoma,
Location of Wellbore at Completion Interval in Section 10-7N-4W:
The proposed location of the completion interval will be no closer than 0 feet from the north line and no closer than 165 feet from the south line and no closer than 660 feet from the east line of the unit comprising said Section 10, Township 7 North, Range 4 West of the IM, McClain County, Oklahoma,
and to be completed in and produce hydrocarbons from the above-named common source of supply; (ii) providing an exception to Rule 165:10-3-28 as part of this location exception allowing a location to be closer than 600 feet to the Mary Turner 3-2 Well (API No. 35-087-21135), operated by Blue Cedar Energy, LLC; (iii) providing for the re-opening of the cause at such time as the bottom hole location of the well proposed hereunder has been determined; (iv) establishing a proper allowable with no downward adjustment make thereto; (v) granting such other further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the name of operator(s) and well or wells currently completed in or producing from the common source of supply involved herein on one or more of the tracts of land or drilling and spacing units adjoining or cornering said S/2 of Section 3 and Section 10 toward which the location of the well covered hereby is proposed to be moved are set forth below:

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order be entered in this matter be made effective as to the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and that the authorization and permission requested herein run in favor of the Applicant, or some other party recommended by Applicant.
NOTICE IS FURTHER and GIVEN that the legal descriptions for the land sections adjacent to said S/2 of Section 3 and Section 10 are Sections 2, N/2 of 3, 4, 9, 11, 14, 15 and 16, Township 7 North, Range 4 West of the IM, McClain County, Oklahoma.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be referred to an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Corporation Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Merits Docket at 8:30 a.m., on the 6th day of October 2026 at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105., and that this notice will be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City Office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. An interested party who wishes to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicant’s attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide his or her name and phone number.
