TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued for negligently operating a motor vehicle at or near the intersection of Interstate 35, approaching State Highway 9 West, causing said vehicle to collide with the vehicle Plaintiffs Robert Anderson was driving, and Carolyn Anderson was a passenger, in the District Court, McClain County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2025-177, styled Robert Anderson and Carolyn Anders, Plaintiffs, v. Allen K. Cox, individually, Industrial Transport Services, LLC, and Hartford Fire Insurance Company, Defendants. The action alleges that Plaintiffs are entitled to damages in excess of $75,000.00 because they have sustained severe bodily injuries; substantial past and ongoing medical treatment; pain and suffering; loss of earning capacity; emotional distress and loss of enjoyment of life.
You are notified that you must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiffs on or before the 31st day of March , 2026, or the allegations contained in the Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be entered against you and in favor of Plaintiffs as prayed for in this Petition.
