Notice is hereby given that, in pursuance of an order of the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, made on the 5th day of February, 2026, in the matter of the Guardianship of Deborah S. Waskowiak, the undersigned as the Guardians of the person and estate of said Deborah S. Waskowiak will sell on or after the 28th day of February, 2026, to the highest bidder for cash only, subject to confirmation of said District Court of McClain County, all the right, title, interest, and estate of Deborah S. Waskowiak by operation of law, or otherwise, acquired in and to the following described real property situate in McClain County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

Lot Two (2), of Magers Subdivision, McClain County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
