NOTICE OF HEARING
STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons and their heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, trustees, successors and assigns and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all interested parties, particularly in McClain County, Oklahoma, and more particularly Associated Financial Services Company, Inc.; Garland Sims Construction Co., Inc.; Cherry Jerene Carr and David Bruce Carr, Trustees or their Successors in Trust under the Cherry Jerene Carr Living Trust, dated April 14, 1999 and any amendments thereto; and if any of the above whose addresses are not known or are deceased, the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, of the above-named parties; and if any of the above are corporations which do not continue to have legal existence, the unknown trustees or assigns of such parties.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission pool the interests and adjudicate the rights and equities of oil and gas owners in the Mississippian, Woodford and Hunton common sources of supply underlying Section 15-9N-4W, McClain County, Oklahoma, designating the Applicant or some other party as operator. Applicant is proposing to drill a well in said drilling and spacing unit.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any Order issued in this cause may result in a unit pooling.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant may request more than 180 days to commence operations.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for the hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an administrative law judge on the Conservation Docket at 8:30 A.M. on the 2nd day of March, 2026 at the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building, 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105.
Due to renovation work at the Jim Thorpe Office Building, the Commission’s Oklahoma City office is relocating to the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd., in the Capitol Complex, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. All hearings, docket calls, and public meetings will be conducted in the Concourse Theater or additional courtrooms located in the tunnel between the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and the Sequoyah Memorial Office Building. The specific room location, including updates, of each scheduled hearing or public meeting will be available on or before the day of the event at the information desk in the first-floor lobby of the Will Rogers Memorial Office Building and on the Commission’s website at: https://oklahoma.gov/occ/court-dockets.html. The referenced hearing may be conducted via teleconference or videoconference.
