Separate SEALED Bids will be received no later than 3:00 P.M. on Friday, January 23, 2026.

Said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the County Commissioners Meeting on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 8:30 A.M. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Quotes under $50,000.00 may be emailed to Katy.Olson@willowbrook.build prior to bid date/time.
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the McClain County Health Department located at 1726 N. Green Ave., Purcell, Oklahoma 73080.
Plans and specifications may be obtained from Gill Reprographics, 7001 N. Santa Fe Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73116 (405-947-6891) at the cost of reproduction. Contract Documents will also be on file at Southwest Construction News and www.willowbrook.build .
For bids in excess of $50,000.00, a Cashier’s Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. No Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
