THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Richard Russell, Deceased, a Full-Blood Chickasaw Indian, Roll No. 2532, and the unknown Successors, Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of Richard Russell, Deceased, a Full-Blood Chickasaw Indian, Roll No. 2532, Rick Alan Jones and Willie Shropshire

The above-named Defendants will take notice that in the District Court of McClain County, Oklahoma, in the above-styled and numbered case, an action has been filed by Plaintiffs, Linda S. Bizeau and Dennis M. Bizeau, to quiet any right, title, or interest in and to the real property described hereinbelow which you have or may claim to have, and you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiffs on file in said cause on or before September 18, 2026, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly, adjudging and decreeing that the Plaintiffs, Linda S. Bizeau and Dennis M. Bizeau, are the owners of and that the Plaintiffs, Linda S. Bizeau and Dennis M. Bizeau, are the actual owners of the legal and equitable title of the surface in fee simple of the following described property situated in McClain County, Oklahoma as follows, to-wit (the “Property”): 

The surface and surface only of a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW¼ SE¼ SE¼) of Section Twenty-four (24), Township Five (5) North, Range One (1) East, more particularly described as follows: beginning at the SW/corner of SE¼ SE¼, thence North 215.82 feet; thence East 409.2 feet; thence South 215.82 feet; thence West 409.2 feet to the point of beginning;

free and clear of all liens, claims and encumbrances, Richard Russell, Deceased, a Full-Blood Chickasaw Indian, Roll No. 2532, and the unknown Successors, Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of Richard Russell, Deceased, a Full-Blood Chickasaw Indian, Roll No. 2532, Rick Alan Jones and Willie Shropshire, (“Defendants”) have no right, title, interest, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, or assessment in or to said hereinabove described real property, and a Decree quieting and confirming the Plaintiffs’ title and possession thereto as set out above, as against said Defendants and their unknown successors, heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns and forever barring and enjoining the Defendants and their unknown successors, heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns from any and all right, title, estate, interest or equity of redemption in and to the said lands and premises, or any part thereof.
