THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Bill Ring, deceased, his Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, Successors and Assigns, Immediate and Remote, Known and Unknown; et al. 

YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE  that the Plaintiff above-described has filed her Petition against Bill Ring, deceased, his Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, Successors and Assigns, Immediate and remote, known and unknown; et al. and unless you answer said Petition on or before the 29th day of July, 2026, said Petition will be taken as true and judgment against the below described Subject Property and against Defendants, Bill Ring, deceased, his Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees, Successors and Assigns, Immediate and remote, known and unknown; et al., to quiet title of the following described real estate, to wit:

Tract 1:

Lots 2 & 3, Block 4 and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block 10, in the         Town of Johnsonville, McClain County, Oklahoma;

Tract 2:

Lots 1 & 2, Block 16 and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block 17, Town of Johnson, according to the United States Government Survey Plat of the Town of Johnson, AKA Johnsonville, McClain County, Oklahoma;

Tract 3:

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block 18, to the Town of Johnsonville, McClain County, Oklahoma.

Tract 4:

Lot 1, Block 20, in the Town of Johnson, Oklahoma;

hereinafter referred to as the (“Subject Property”)

and adjudging the Plaintiff’s interest in and to the Subject Property and forever barring said Defendants from all right, title, estate, or interest in and to the Plaintiffs’ interest said Subject Property.
