As of Tuesday of this week, Lexington’s home football game with Crossings will go on as scheduled Thursday night.
Due to a lack of numbers, especially in the line, the Bulldogs were forced to forfeit their Friday night football game last week at Lindsay.
Head coach Keith Bolles said kick off for the Fall Break contest is set for 7 p.m.
“We had a lot hurt and just didn’t have the numbers (for the Lindsay game),” Bolles said.
The Bulldogs were down to three linemen but welome back two of the injured linemen this week.
“We are trying to keep our head above water and go.”
Crossings will operate out of the spread on offense and base out of a 3-4 on defense, the coach reported.
