PETITION FOR
DETERMINATION OF
DEATH OF JOINT TENANT
The State of Oklahoma:
TO THE HEIRS, DEVISEES, LEGATEES AND ASSIGNS OF PAUL BISHOP, DECEASED, AND TO ALL PERSONS CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN OR TO THE REAL PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED:
Take notice that on June 23, 2026, a Petition was filed herein by Cynthia Ann Bishop, seeking the determination of death, and termination of the joint tenancy of the above named deceased in and to the following described real property located in McClain County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
The surface and surface only of the West 27 acres of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW/4 NW/4 of Section 36, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, and a tract of land described as follows: Beginning at the SW Corner of the East 13 acres of the SW/4 NW/4 of Section 36, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, thence North 100 yards, thence Southeast 80 yards, thence South 60 yards, thence West 70 yards to the point of beginning, McClain County, Oklahoma.
And that said petition has by order of the undersigned Associate District Judge been set for the hearing on July 9, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., in Judge Gray’s Courtroom in the McClain County Courthouse in Purcell, McClain County, Oklahoma.
You and each of you are further notified to be present for said hearing at said date, time and place, and show cause, if any, you have why said petition should not be taken as true and the relief therein requested be granted.
