Here’s something a little different to try fixing for your family.
Rotel Chicken Spaghetti
10.5-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
14.5-ounce can chicken broth
10-ounce can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
12 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
4-6 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
In a large bowl, stir together mushroom soup, chicken broth, and canned tomatoes until well combined.
Layer cooked spaghetti into the bottom of the greased dish. Layer the chopped chicken on top, followed by the soup mix. Finish it off with Velveeta cubes.
Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Stir the layers until noodles are completely coated with sauce and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
