The Heart of Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce is looking for vendors for the upcoming Heart of Oklahoma Music Festival scheduled for September 27.

The second annual festival will begin at 11 a.m. with the first band performance.

“We welcome vendors offering vintage items, handmade crafts, locally made products and unique small business goods. Our goal is to support local artisans and entrepreneurs,” said Elisabeth Baker, chamber executive director.

“Additionally, we encourage local service-based businesses to apply for informational booths that provide valuable resources to the community,” she said.

To apply, please submit your completed form to the Heart of Oklahoma Chamber at 305 W. Main Street, Purcell, OK 73080, or email it to Elisabeth at elisabeth@theheartofok.com.

Please visit the website at www.theheartofok.com to find the 2025 vendor packet and details.

Applications will be reviewed upon submission, and approved vendors will be notified as soon as possible. Once accepted, payment of $50 by check or credit card will be required to secure your vendor space. If you prefer to pay online, please email Ms. Baker to request a payment link.

The sale of marijuana or cannabis is prohibited. Alcohol sales are also prohibited unless the vendor applicant is a brewery or winery licensed by the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission and approved by the chamber.

Vendors must provide their own booth materials. The chamber will not provide tables, chairs, tents or tent anchors.

Bands at the festival will include headliner The Great Divide along with Brother Heywood, Etowah Road, Gary Gibson Band and Red Dirt Rangers.
