Harrel Gene Fuller of Wayne, formerly of Maysville, was born on June 11, 1960 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, to Harrel Edward and Billie Jean (Parks) Fuller. He passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 in his home surrounded by his loving family at the age of 61 years,

Gene lived the majority of his life in Maysville where he was a 1978 Maysville High School graduate. He worked as a self-employed welder and inspector in the oilfields. He married the love of his life, Patricia Perry on October 1, 1983 in Foster, Oklahoma.

Gene loved his family and the memories they made together. He had served as a Chaplain in the Lindsay Elks Lodge. While Cody was in high school, Gene was named an honorary member of the Maysville FFA Chapter. He had a real passion for being outdoors whether it was riding around in his boat, fishing, or hunting, he loved it all.

Another joy to him was his cars, it didn’t matter if he was driving them or working on them. Gene also enjoyed horse racing and participating in all aspects of the sport. He will be so greatly missed by his family and many friends.    

Those who are left behind to cherish their memories of him are his wife of 38 years, Patricia Fuller of the home; mother, Billie Fuller of Wayne; son, Cody Fuller and his wife, Jamie, of Goldsby and grandson, Jett Dillon Fuller; brother, Coy Edward Fuller and wife, Vicki, of Kingston; nephew, Phillip Fuller and wife, T. K.; and niece, Jennifer Sliger and husband, Jay.

Gene was preceded in death by his father, Harrel “Moe” Fuller and daughter, Alicia Ann Fuller.

Funeral services were held Friday, May 27, 2022 at the Abundant Love Fellowship, Maysville with Bro. Danny Gamble officiating. Burial was in the Foster Cemetery, Foster, Oklahoma.
