RETURN OF SALE
OF REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE is hereby given that, Malinda Buntin, guardian of the persons and estates of Gordon C. Kerr and Malinda C. Kerr, incapacitated persons, has presented for confirmation and filed in this Court her Return of Sale of all the right, title and interest of said ward in and to the following described property:
Lot 7, Block 3, Miller Heights Addition to the Town of
Hennessey, Kingfisher County, State of Oklahoma;
Said property was sold at private sale to Levi Copeland and Lacy Copeland for the sum of $6,000.00, payable in cash at closing. Reference is hereby made to said Return of Sale for further particulars.
That a hearing on said Return of Sale has been set for the 10th day of September, 2026, at 9:30 o’clock a.m., before the Honorable Charles Gray, Associate District Judge, at the District Courtroom in Purcell, McClain County, Oklahoma, at which time and place any person interested may appear and show cause, if any there be, why such sale should not be confirmed.
