OF GENERAL CO-GUARDIANS
TO: Monty Shane Jensen and All Persons Interested in the Person and Estate of Faye Lillian Jensen, an Incapacitated Adult.
Take Notice that, a Petition for Appointment of General Co-Guardians of the Person and Estate of Faye Lillian Jensen, an Incapacitated Person, was filed in this Court by the Paternal Aunts, Samantha Pineiro and Trinity Jones, seeking this Court to issue an Order Appointing General Co-Guardians with regard to their niece, Faye Lillian Jensen, an Incapacitated Adult, born 10-3-1998. A hearing on said Petition is set for the 9th day of JUNE, 2026, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock, a.m. in the Cleveland County District Court, Norman, Oklahoma, before the Honorable Judge Ortega.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE COURT WILL HEAR EVIDENCE IN SUPPORT OF AND IN OPPOSITION TO THE GRANTING OF THE PETITION FOR CO-GUARDIANSHIP AT THE TIME AND PLACE ABOVE SHOWN WHERE YOU WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE PRESENT AND HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD AT SAID TIME AND PLACE INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE REQUEST AND RELIEF SOUGHT: HOWEVER, YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR AT SAID HEARING SHALL CONSTITUTE DENIAL OF YOUR INTEREST IN THE INCAPACITATED ADULT’S WELFARE, WHICH DENIAL MAY RESULT, WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE OF THIS PROCEEDING OR ANY SUBSEQUENT PROCEEDINGS, IN SAID PETITION BEING GRANTED AND ORDERED WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT AS WELL AS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE INCAPACITATED ADULT AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA.
