Notice is hereby given that, Co-Limited Special Guardians, John Smaistrla and Rebecca Lozoya, in pursuance of an Order made on April 1, 2026, in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, Matter of the Guardianship of Earline Smaistrla, PG-2026-1, will sell at a private sale, to the highest bidder, subject to confirmation by the Court, all the right, title, interest that Earline Smaistrla has, by operation of law, or otherwise, acquired in and to all that certain real property, situated, lying and being in the County of McClain, State of Oklahoma, described as follows, and upon the following terms and conditions, to wit: 200 East Beech Avenue, Yukon, Oklahoma 73099, legally described as:
Lot Eleven (11), Block Five (5), YUKON HILLS ADDITION to Yukon, Canadian County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
The sale will be in accordance with and by negotiation with the Co-Limited Special Guardians, who may employ brokers or realtors to assist in the sale, for the benefit of the Ward’s estate, subject to confirmation by said Court. Said sale will take place on or after May 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM, and bids or offers must be in writing and sent to John Smaistrla and Rebecca Lozoya, c/o Kenna Hoffman Tays, Metro First Realty, 1000 W Wilshire, STE 301, Oklahoma City, OK 73116.
