NOTICE OF HEARING ON

PETITION FOR SALE OF

WARD’S REAL PROPERTY

On this 13th day of March, 2026, Co-Limited Special Guardians, John Smaistrla and Rebecca Lozoya, appear through counsel Joshua Simpson of Allen & Mills, PLLC.  The Court, upon hearing the evidence presented, finds and orders as follows:

1. The Co-Limited Special Guardians have filed herein a Petition for Sale of Ward’s Property seeking to sell a piece of the Ward’s property commonly known as 200 East Beech Avenue, Yukon, Oklahoma 7309099, legally described as Lot Eleven (11), Block Five (5), YUKON HILLS ADDITION to Yukon, Canadian County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. 
2. Notice is to be provided pursuant to 30 O.S. 756, by mailing to all persons entitled to such notice, and by publication, not less than ten (10) days prior to hearing. 
3. Hearing on Co-Petitioners’ Petition for Sale of Ward’s Property shall held on the 1st day of April 2026, at 9:00 A.M, before the Honorable Charles Gray.
