Purcell picked up .9” of rain early Sunday morning before the precipitation turned into snow.
The snow fell most all day but there were no accumulations on Purcell City Streets and very little on grassy surfaces.
Snow fell here again Tuesday with little or no accumulation.
Temperatures dipped into the low 20’s Monday morning with wind chills in the teens.
The .9 brings the year-to-date total for 2020 to 51.4” in Purcell. Oklahoma City has recorded 36.55”. The normal year-to-date total for this area is 35.55”.
