ADMISSION OF WILLS
TO PROBATE, WAIVER OF
FINAL ACCOUNTING, AND
DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATES
(58 Okla. Stat. §§245-247)
NOTICE IS HEREBY given to all persons interested in the Estates of Margerie N. Allen, and William J. Allen, deceased (“Decedents”), that on the 14th day of April 2026, William B. Allen, who may be contacted through counsel at the address below, filed a Petition for Summary Administration, Letters of Special Administration, Admission of Wills to Probate, Waiver of Final Accounting, and Distribution of Estates (“Petition”), in the District Court of McClain County, State of Oklahoma, praying that Letters of Special Administration issue to William B. Allen. Said Petition further prays that the wills of Margerie N. Allen and William J. Allen be admitted to probate, that the final accounting be waived; the property of the Decedents subject to the jurisdiction of this Court be distributed; and that the Special Administrator be discharged, and for other relief as prayed for in said Petition, which Petition you may refer to for further particulars.
The heirs-at-law, devisees and legatees of Margerie N. Allen, so far as known to the Petitioner, are her siblings, William J. Allen, deceased; and Anna Belle Holloway, deceased.
The sole heir-at-law, legatee, and devisee of William J. Allen, so far as known to the Petitioner, is his son, William B. Allen, 20580 N. Candlelight Rd., Maricopa, AZ 85138.
The character and probable value of the property of the Estates consists of mineral interests in McClain County, Oklahoma, with an estimated value of less than $50,000.00.
Margerie N. Allen died testate on March 5, 1997, a resident of Maricopa County, Arizona. William J. Allen died testate on January 8, 2016, a resident of Yavapai County, Arizona.
Pursuant to the Order of said Court, notice is hereby given that the 18th day of June 2026, at the hour of 9:30 A.M. at the McClain County Courthouse, Purcell, Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition and considering all relief prayed for in the Petition presented to the Court on said date. All persons interested may appear at said hearing.
Any person receiving this notice, or any interested party may file objections to the Petition at or before the final hearing. All objections to the Petition and/or any relief requested must be made in writing, with such objection to be filed herein, with a copy being provided to the Petitioner and the attorney for the same, and if an objection is not made within the allowed time, all persons will be deemed to have waived any objection to the Petition and the relief prayed for.
If an objection is filed on or before the hearing date the Court will determine whether summary proceedings are appropriate, and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed.
TO ALL CREDITORS OF THE ABOVE NAMED DECEDENTS: All creditors having claims against the above named Decedents are required to present the same, with a description of all security interest or other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to William B. Allen (Special Administrator), c/o Brooke H. Unruh, 1930 S. Bryant, Edmond, OK 73013, attorney for Petitioner, within thirty (30) days following the filing of the Petition and Combined Notice herein, or the same will be forever barred.
