Notice is hereby given that NICHOLAS ATWOOD, Administrator of the Estates of LOY LAMIRAND and NAOLMA ANN LAMIRAND, both deceased, having filed in this Court a Final Account And Petition for Order Allowing Final Account, Determination of Heirship and Discharge, the hearing of the same has been fixed by the Judge of said Court for the 6 day of August, 2026 at 9:30 o’clock a.m., in District Court, in the County Courthouse of McClain County, in the City of Purcell, State of Oklahoma, and all persons  interested in said estate are notified that they may then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said account  should not be settled and allowed, the heirs of the above named decedent determined, said estate distributed, and the Administrator discharged.
